Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we are committed to resolving any issues fairly and thoughtfully.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items removed from original packaging

Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear

Sale, clearance, or promotional items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
🌿 Allergy & Sensitivity Notice
Because every skin type is unique, we strongly encourage customers to review the ingredient list carefully and perform a patch test before full use.
We are unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
🔄 Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued as:

Replacement of the item, at our discretion
Refunds are not issued back to the original payment method.
🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
